Our Mexican Vanilla is produced by the Canosa Family in the South of Mexico.  Grandfather Canosa established his "Natural" Vanilla Company in 1917 and has won the Diploma of Honor, Gold Medal, First Prize in Mexico.  It is registered with the FDA and is Coumarin Free.
